Pastor Ralph Olmos spearheaded the creation of LFRAD in 2020. He is a strong advocate for the unhoused, veterans, and seniors. During his free time, he enjoys bike-riding and fishing.

Elena Villalobos has been affiliated with LFRAD since its opening back in 2020. She has a heart for the community and loves to find ways to help others. During her free time, Elena loves spending quality time with her daughters, going to dog parks, and taking scenic drive along the coast.

Jessica has been affiliated with LFRAD for about nine months and loves to serve the community. She’s passionate about helping others and enjoys planning events that bring people together for a good cause. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and her two dogs.

Tony Covarrubias has been affiliated with LFRAD since its opening back in 2020. He enjoys giving back to the community and seeing people smile. Tony loves to spend time with his family at their family ranch during his free time.
